We were lucky to be visiting Quebec City during their famous winter carnival.

You know what? Canadians are NOT afraid of cold.

Even though the temps were in the teens, the city hosted all kinds of winter fun like dog sled rides, ice luge rides, an ice castle (i’m standing inside the ice dining room above), snow sculpture, and ferris wheel in the snow.

They even had public hot tubs. I got such a kick out of the rules for the hot tubs. Mandatory: bathing suits and hats!
