Our last day in Quebec, we spent a few hours strolling around the narrow streets in the Old Town.

We also got to try several Canadian delicacies: Tim Horton’s coffee and maple donut, poutine (cheese curd fries with gravy), and a tasty burger with maple rosemary frites.

Years ago, a Canadian friend of mine made fun of poutine as if it was the strangest traditional French canadian food, but you know what?

I thought it was delicious.
