Last week was really busy, so it was wonderful to spend a relaxing Easter at home.
We planned a special meal and Easter Sunday was all about cooking, playing with Quinn, and hanging out at home.
This year, we flavored our ham with Bourbon Maple marinade and then smoked it on the BGE, which was a great success!
Side dishes included potatoes delmonico and southern green beans from Cooks Country (our favorite recipe source)
As we were cooking, we drank bloody marys and I made a batch of homemade gougeres. I thought they would be hard to make, but they turned out so easy and good.
How was your Easter?
